Become a member
Become a member of our network and become part of a interdisciplinary network of transition enthusiasts! As a member of Transition Now you will get access to our online communication and planning tool, Podio, where you can join the existing project groups or start a new one with your own idea and find others to cooperate with. You can get an overview of the existing project groups here. Membership of Transition Now costs 200 DKK a year and also gives you the opportunity to participate and vote at the annual general assembly in April.
You can become member by sending an email with your name and contact information to medlem@omstilling.nu and paying 200 DKK to our account in Merkur Andelskasse with the text ‘[your name] ON-medl’:

Donations will be used to support our events, campaigns, materials, information sharing, etc. Donations can be transferred to our account in Merkur Andelskasse with the description ‘[your name] støtte’. Please also send an email to our treasurer Rasmus Hougaard-Nielsen with information about your donation and the contact information on the donor.
Naturally we also receive other kinds of support. If you are interested in meeting people from our network and hear more about what we do, you are welcome to drop by and contact us in person.
You can meet us at our debate cafes, which are held the third Thursday of every month. Before the café start you are welcome to come and meet our volunteers for an informal chat. It is a great opportunity to see how Transition Now works. Check our calendar here on our website or at facebook for the next event.
What if you don’t live in Copenhagen?
Most of our activities and projects take place in Copenhagen, Denmark, but we are very interested in being a network covering all of Denmark. If you are interested in starting a division of Transition Now in other parts of Denmark, please contact ing-merete@omstilling.nu, and we will put you in contact with other transition enthusiasts in your vicinity and try to help you getting started.
If you don’t live in Denmark, but are interested in our activities and projects, you are welcome to contact our international coordinator at inge-merete@omstilling.nu. We are very interested in connecting with other international organisations or individuals working for the green and social transition.
